Janet Dawson

Executive summary

Janet Dawson has more than 15 years of Federal Government experience. She was the Senior Lead Functional SME for implementation of Payroll/Personnel Systems for the Architect of the Capitol, HHS, Capitol Police, and DOJ (e.g., DEA, JMD). She served as the Specialist (Generalist) for two Shared Service Center agencies – USDA & Navy. She was an EEO Intake Officer for the Navy. She was a Training Specialist/Program Analyst for all USDA agencies/sub-agencies on the Mainframe, Oracle/PeopleSoft (HR Payroll/Personnel) and Kronos/Paycheck 8 (T&A) systems. She conducted Supervisory Training for USDA/NFC and as a Marketing Specialist, successfully marketed USDA/NFC HR Payroll/Personnel system to numerous Federal headquarter agencies located in the DC area.
